Under what circumstances can I be denied insurance coverage?

Whatever happens, you must comply with all our rental terms.
You may be denied coverage if:

  • You were not the main driver during the rental (secondary drivers are allowed if they were added to the rental agreement, but the main driver must be present in the car).
  • The rent was not paid online using a means of payment on your behalf.
  • You have not signed the lease agreement and the act of acceptance.
  • You were not present when you received the car.
  • You returned the car after the lease expiration.
  • The car went to an unauthorized country (not specified in the contract) during the lease.

 Please note that some damage cases under certain conditions are not insured and you will be liable for any damage:

  • Damage to the inside of the car (seats, glove box, etc.)
  • Shortage of fuel.
  • Loss of keys.
  • Any breakdown caused by inappropriate behavior on your behalf.
  • Hidden damage or breakage.
  • Damage to the windshield, tires, brushes, glass headlights and car interior.
