What happens if car malfunctions during the rental?

All cars can count on the auto help service MyRentAuto. In the event of a breakdown, you should contact round-the-clock assistance, and also inform the owner of the vehicle as soon as possible.
Roadside assistance includes:

  • repairing the breakdown or towing the car to the nearest service station.
  • reimbursement of expenses to return home or continue traveling and accommodating passengers.

  To contact the auto help, go to the rental page, and you will have a link to contact them in the "HELP" section. Take a picture of the fuel gauge panel to fix the remaining amount at the time of breakdown.
     If the vehicle was used correctly before it breaks, then you should be paid the amount reimbursed for assistance. If the damage was caused by improper use of the car during the rental, you will be charged a fine in the amount of the cost of repairing the car.
