Under which circumstances may I recieve a full refund of an advance on a rental cancellation?

If you want to dispute the refund of the paid advance, you must submit a request to admin@myrentauto.com within 24 hours after the cancellation of the lease in order to suspend the payment to the owner. Attach any information confirming your problem in your letter. If your appeal will be on time more than 24 hours after the cancellation of the lease, we will not be able to accept your request for a refund, and you will need to resolve this issue with the owner directly. Valid Return Requests:

situations that fall into one of the following 3 categories:
-The owner can not complete the agreed rental conditions (not available, did not confirm the reservation)
-The car was not in accordance with the description in the public offer or represents a serious safety (defective).
-You are faced with a force majeure situation that prevents the implementation of the lease.

Send a request for the return of the advance after the cancellation of the lease: Go to PROFILE> HISTORY> CANCELLATION on advance payment after cancellation within 24 hours after rental cancellation
