Under which circumstances the money be fully refunded after the cancellation of the lease?

We set our cancellation policy to avoid last-minute cancellation, and strengthen the credibility of the MyRentAuto service.
    However, some exceptional circumstances that are beyond the competence of the owner or tenant may interfere with the implementation of the lease. In some cases, when the reason for cancellation indicated by the tenant is a force majeure situation, MyRentAuto may decide not to apply the terms of the cancellation of the lease and fully refund the advance payment.

What situations are considered "force majeure"?
The following situations are subject to "force majeure" and are valid for full refund:

• Sudden death or serious illness of the tenant or close relatives.

• Serious injuries that prevent the tenant from fulfilling the terms of the lease agreement.

• Natural disaster at the place of receiving or renting a car for rent

• Emergency travel restrictions or warnings to authorities
