What should I do when returning the car?

Returning the car, you follow 3 steps:

 1. Indicate fuel level and mileage.
     2. In case of an incident during the rental. Notify the owner. It can be settled by mutual agreement with the owner or you can resort to the help of customer support service MyRentAuto. If you do not report the incident for which you are responsible, you may be fined.
     3.Record condition at the time of delivery. You must make the necessary number of photos from different angles of the car to confirm its condition at the end of the lease. If the owner claims damage, these photos will be what protect you. Therefore, they must be of good quality and legible. If you have damaged the car, you will need to report this to the service MyRentAuto and the owner. If you have not reported damage, we will be forced to impose a fine in the amount specified in the rental conditions. In the case of intentionally unsuitable photos, you may be liable for damages.
