How may I change or extend my rental term?

 

    The renewal request must be made on the MyRentAuto.com website and confirmed by the owner prior to commencement or termination, if the renewal is made during the lease. Please note that rentals cannot last more than 30 days.
   If you want to extend or change the rental, go to the “HISTORY” section of your profile> Change the rental period You will have to use the same payment method that was used during the initial booking of the car.
If the car is booked by instant booking, your request will be approved automatically. If this does not happen, the owner will have to accept your request manually.

Please note that you can request a renewal only if the days are marked as available on the car’s calendar.

   Be careful: the rental period will be changed only if the owner confirms your request. If the owner does not do this, you must comply with the originally scheduled dates. Otherwise, you will lose insurance for the entire rental and you will have to pay a fine. If you have extended (changed) the lease term, then there is no need to print a second lease agreement. The original contract remains in force.  

Note: Rent is extended by the day, unless otherwise specified in the contract. Consequently, you will not be able to change the rental period by half a day if this has not been agreed upon.
