I cannot confirm my profile on MyRentAuto. What should I do?

If your profile is not marked as confirmed in the form of a mark on the icons of your profile.

Check your email. A letter was sent to your e-mail with an explanation of the reason for the refusal or possible additional documents. To make it easier to check your profile, make sure that:

  • Your first and last name in your MyRentAuto profile match those in your driver's license and passport.

  • Your driver's license is valid.

  • You have uploaded a photo with your driver’s license: all pages.

  • Your photos are clean and not blurry.

Note: the photos you send to us for verification must be original.
For example, temporary rights or passport will not be accepted. More information about the conditions of renting a car can be found in the offer contract.

If the profile has not been confirmed and you have an exclamation mark on your profile icon,
