What should I do if I forgot my password or username?

     If you have trouble logging in to your system, try resetting your password by clicking “Forgot your password?” In the login pop-up window.

If you did not receive a password reset email:
- wait a few minutes
- check the junk mail (or spam) section of your mailbox.

If you received an email, but the link does not work:
- make a second request. Wait a few minutes and then click on the link in the last email you received.

If, however, despite these instructions, you could not recover your password to enter, contact us in the way convenient for you.
