What should I do if I cannot access my account?

There are three reasons why you can not log in:

  • Your password is incorrect: click Login, then Forgot Password. You will receive an email to reset your password. You are trying to login using the wrong email address.
  • You may have already created another account with us at the time of the last booking, for example, using your Facebook account. Check your various email accounts to find the one you used to register with MyRentAuto.
  • Access to your account has been temporarily suspended after many unsuccessful attempts to log in to the system or due to violations of our conditions or a public offer. How to unlock it look here.
