How are my personal information, data, and account protected?

 

Set up a strong password and change it periodically.
     To ensure the security of your MyRentAuto account, we ask you to comply with 5 complexity criteria.
Your password must:
- be at least 8 characters long
- contain at least one capital letter
- contain at least one lower case letter
- contain at least one digit
- should not be shared password like 'Qwerty123', 'P $$ w0rd' ...

We also recommend choosing a unique password that you will not use on other sites.
The password should be hard to find, but easy to remember.

For our part, there is a privacy policy that you must read and accept our requirements.

Prevent password cracking
When we notice many failed attempts to connect to your account, account access is temporarily blocked to prevent any risk of hacking. You will receive an email notification. Access to your account is automatically unlocked after a few hours. If you have forgotten your password or want to log into your account before the end of this period, you must reset your password and install a new one.
