The lessee must return the car with the same amount of fuel that was at the beginning of the car rental. It is not necessary to refuel the car to a full tank, and when the tank is full, this makes it easier to check for fuel at the end of the lease.
The required amount of fuel at the beginning of the lease must be at least a quarter of the tank.
If the tenant returns a car with a lower fuel level, it is necessary to withhold the amount of the missing fuel based on the rental conditions.
