Renewal will be done automatically if:
If you need to change the rent, you need to confirm the renewal request manually.
If your car does not have an instant reservation, you will have to accept or reject the request manually as well.
If you refuse or did not confirm the extension, the lessee must return the car in the day and hour that was originally planned in the car rental agreement.
In case of extension, the lease agreement does not need to be concluded again, the original one remains in force.
If the tenant does not have Internet access or if he has delayed the planned return dates, you must contact and inform the MyRentAuto administrator via internal mail or see the Contact page.
