Why is my account blocked?

 

If your account has been blocked or limited in the rights to use the service, you will see the corresponding message in the profile or at the entrance.
The following is information on why we may restrict the account of an account:

  • Multiple accounts.
    MyRentAuto allows you to open only one account per user. If you have several accounts on the service platform, we can restrict your access. If so, a notification will come and you need to delete additional accounts, bringing them in accordance with the terms of service.
  • Trust and security.
    MyRentAuto validates users when creating an account for both owners and tenants. Checks can also be caused by many other reasons, so your account may be limited if the service detects a trust and security problem.
    In case of blocking or limitation of the account due to problems with trust and security, we will notify you by email to the email address you provided.
    Decisions on trust and security are never personal, they are based on existing conditions of cooperation and the rules for the provision of services.
    We cannot disclose the details of our verification measures, as this will significantly reduce their effectiveness.
  • Violation of the terms of cooperation.
    Your account may be limited due to violation of the terms of cooperation with the MyRentAuto service. In this case, we will also send an email informing you of this.
    Please note that account blocking due to violation of the terms and conditions is final and cannot be canceled.
  • Safety assessment (reliability) of the car.
    MyRentAuto checks cars when posted on the site, but additional checks can be carried out at any time. If your car does not meet our quality standards or presents a safety problem: in this case, it can be removed from the search.
    If the service notices violations on the hosted vehicle, we will inform you by e-mail explaining the reason for the removal.
