What should I do if I'm late returning the car?

In case of late arrival at the time of returning the car, you must notify the owner as soon as possible. If you are late with the return of the car, send a request to the owner or service MyRentAuto, otherwise you will be charged. Insurance covers only an hour after the end of the lease. You can extend the rental car. Your renewal request may be approved or denied:

  • If the lease renewal is approved: the rental amount will be automatically adjusted and you will receive a full rental cost estimate.
  • If the lease extension is rejected or the owner cannot approve it: you will have to return the car at the scheduled date and time.

When returning the car after the stipulated time for more than an hour.
In this case, you will pay compensation for late returns:
      a penalty at the rate of for each additional day at the rate of your rent per day.

You will also need to pay the possible additional costs for fueling and mileage.
