What should I do if I cannot contact the owner?

You will be able to contact the owner as soon as he accepts your request. If you have any specific questions that are not included in the filters MyRentAuto (for example, you want to check the size of the trunk before renting). You can indicate this in your supplement when booking a car.

If your lease is confirmed and the owner does not respond to your messages:
Be patient. Owners do not always have time to reply directly or check their email frequently.
If you tried to contact them in our message section, try calling. Leave a message so they can contact you as soon as possible.

Our team works to confirm and verify as soon as possible that the owners of vehicles are available and their data in the car cards correspond to reality, and on the calendar of free days there are actual dates for rent.        However, if 48 hours before the start of the lease the owner did not answer you (did not contact).
We recommend using the cancellation policy, stating that the owner has not contacted you and cannot provide the car within the stipulated time of booking. In this case, you will receive a full refund for the rental and will be able to book a new car.
