What should I do if my paymement method failed?

If your payment failed? There are several possible explanations:

  • Make sure your payment method is allowed on MyRentAuto.
  • You could reach a credit limit. Contact your bank to temporarily increase your credit limit, which may have been exceeded, especially because of the collateral.
  • Payment by credit or debit card.
  • The validity of your payment card. Check the validity of the payment card.
  • The correctness of the input billing information. Check that you entered the correct name of the cardholder (which you must be), the card number, expiration date and, if applicable, the security code (written on the back of the card).
  • Does 3-D Secure work? Anything related to 3-D Secure (or 3DS) is directly processed by your bank. Make sure your bank sends the confirmation text to the correct phone number. If you have problems with the 3DS window or your payment failed due to 3DS, contact your bank for help.
