Why do I receive "account blocked" notice when I try to access my account?

 

If your account has been blocked and you cannot login for any of the reasons, you can write an appeal to the administration of the MyRentAuto service to check whether you meet our requirements.

Below you will find additional information about why we can limit access to the site and account.

  • Multiple accounts.
    The MyRentAuto service allows only one account per person. If you have multiple accounts on the platform, we can limit your access. If so, delete additional accounts to keep only one original.
  • Trust and security.
    MyRentAuto service checks users when creating an account and when booking a car. Checks can also be caused by many other things, so your account can be limited at any time if our system detects a problem in the trust and security of our site and users. If we have blocked your account due to trust and security issues, we will send an email to the address you provided about the problem.
    The decision to limit you is never personal, they are based on the previously agreed terms and conditions of using the site and renting a vehicle. We are not entitled to disclose the details of our verification measures, as this will significantly reduce their effectiveness.
  • Breaking the rules.
    Your account may be limited because you violated our conditions published in the Documentation section. If we have blocked your account due to trust and security issues, we will send an email to you.
