How may I check my MyRentAuto profile?

After you sign up and decide to book a car, you will be asked to confirm your profile online.
To do this, go to "PROFILE" and click "Edit Profile". Do the following:

  • Check the accuracy of your personal data. This step is important for checking your profile, the name and surname should be identical to those in your driving license and ID.
  • Upload your ID (front and back) or your passport (2 pages with your photo and signature).
  • Make sure the download is clear and readable. Download your driver's license (all pages or both sides).

Note: Images that you send to us for verification must contain the originals and valid documents. For example, a temporary license will not be accepted. We recommend performing this check as soon as possible to anticipate a possible check delay.

As soon as the documents are verified and approved, you will receive a confirmation online and by email. We will contact you if we need additional documents.
