How is rental service on MyRentAuto completed?

Car booking.
To rent on the MyRentAuto service, using the instant booking method, you just need to decide on a car that suits you and pay for the booking on your chosen dates. As for booking with a request, you do everything in the same way, only here instead of the “Pay” button there will be a “Request” button. After that, you will receive a response to the specified email address for further action. The owner can accept, suggest a replacement or decline the booking. Once your request is approved, you only need to pay online to confirm the reservation.

Confirmation of the lease.

Go to your PROFILE, find in the HISTORY open rent and check all the data on the selected car and additional services. Also check and, if necessary, edit and confirm your profile. This step is required for your first rental on the MyRentAuto service. If you have already rented, but after that you have updated your personal information (first name, surname, date of birth, etc.), you must reconfirm your profile.

Day rental.

Go to the rental car, find the car on the map to clarify the parking place. You can find a car 1 hour before the start of the rental. Once there, you must: take the car if necessary, take pictures of the car, get the keys to the car. Check fuel level.

During the lease.

Use the car in the usual way.

The end of the lease.

Return  the car with the same level of fuel, which was at the beginning of the lease. Return the keys to the owner (receiving party), if necessary, take pictures of the car upon delivery.
Go back to the MyRentAuto service website, write a review, report any damages or problems encountered during the rental.
