How do I confirm my profile?

 

If you book a car with MyRentAuto you need to fill out and confirm your profile before starting the rental procedure. You can do this via the PROFILE icon link in the page header.

To verify and verify your profile, you need to:

- check the correctness of your personal information: name, date of birth, driving experience, etc. All information in your profile should be checked by you for correctness of filling.

- upload photos of your national passport, if there is a foreign passport in your country, then his photos (all pages with personal data)

- upload photos of the original driver’s license / license (all parties)

- Take a selfie.

Please note that we accept only original documents to confirm your profile. Lost or photocopy announcements will not be accepted.

We try to check all profiles as soon as possible, but checking a profile can take up to 24 hours. Therefore, we advise you to start the verification process immediately after choosing a car for booking.

After you send your documents, we will inform you about the verification of your profile or you need to provide additional documents (information) about you.

Note. The validity period of your profile confirmation is valid for a year. If the specified period passes or you have changed some data in the PROFILE, in this case you will need to send a new confirmation for verification.
