How can I contact the tenant?

 

You can contact the tenant for any convenient communication.

Before transferring the car to the lessee: go to the “Lessees” section in your personal account and select the appropriate tenant. The tenant's phone number and e-mail is displayed in his profile card.

After agreeing on the terms and conditions of the rental, go to the 'Rental' section and select the appropriate car. You can view all the nuances of this transaction and contact the tenant through the “Messages” tab or directly by phone: the user's phone number is displayed in his card.

We recommend that you contact the tenant as soon as possible if you have any specific questions or if you need to amend the lease. Especially if you need to agree on the place of car rental.
